Agreement to Terms

When you contact PristineGreen Castro Valley Turf Solutions for artificial grass installation services, you agree to these terms. By accepting our quote and scheduling installation, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms.

These terms apply to all services we provide, including residential and commercial artificial grass installation, pet turf systems, putting greens, playground turf, sports turf, turf removal and replacement, and paver and turf installation.

Our Services

We provide professional artificial grass installation services to homes and businesses in Castro Valley, CA and surrounding areas. Every project begins with a free consultation where we assess your space and provide a detailed quote.

Your quoted price includes all materials, labor, and preparation work needed for your installation. We stand by our quotes, and there are no hidden fees unless you request changes to the original project scope.

Scheduling and Access

Once you accept our quote and make the required deposit, we will schedule your installation at a mutually agreed time. You need to provide clear access to the installation area during the scheduled work period.

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation may forfeit the deposit.

Payment Terms

We require a deposit to reserve your installation date. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment in full is required before we consider the project complete.

Warranty Coverage

We warranty our installation workmanship for one year from the completion date. This covers any defects in how we installed your turf, including seaming, securing, and drainage issues.

The artificial grass products themselves come with manufacturer warranties, which we will provide details about during your consultation. These typically cover fading, matting, and material defects for several years.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your artificial grass according to the care instructions we provide. Basic maintenance includes regular brushing, removing debris, and occasionally rinsing the surface.

You must also ensure that sprinkler systems are adjusted to avoid your new turf area, and that any underground utilities are properly marked before we begin installation.

If you have pets, you should regularly rinse pet areas and use pet-friendly cleaning products as needed to maintain freshness.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care during installation, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked before we began work. We also are not liable for issues caused by ground settling, tree root growth, or other natural occurrences after installation is complete.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your project are the ones in effect on the date you sign your service agreement.
